Brio's Pizzeria & Restaurant has been a cornerstone of Phoenicia, New York since 1973 — more than five decades of feeding families, welcoming strangers, and turning first-time visitors into regulars. Nestled at 68 Main Street in the heart of the Catskill Mountains, Brio's has grown from a beloved neighborhood pizzeria into a full-service breakfast, lunch, and dinner destination that draws guests from across the Hudson Valley and beyond.

From the very beginning, the philosophy has been simple: cook everything to order using the freshest and finest ingredients available. That commitment is most celebrated in Brio's famed crispy thin-crust Neapolitan pizza, fired in a traditional wood-burning oven — the same way it has been made since the doors first opened. Fresh pita and house-baked asiago bread round out a menu that spans hearty breakfasts, satisfying lunches, and full Italian-American dinners.

Brio's is a family-owned operation through and through. Every dessert in the sweet case is made in-house, rotating weekly and seasonally so there is always something new to discover. The outdoor patio welcomes guests — and their leashed dogs — during warmer months, adding to the warm, community-first spirit that has defined this Catskills gem for generations.

Today, Brio's proudly stands as one of the longest-running restaurants in the Phoenicia area, a living piece of the town's history and a testament to what happens when great food meets genuine hospitality.

Take-out orders can be placed by calling 845-688-5370. We do NOT offer delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Please note a 10% gratuity is added to orders $50 and more.

Our Sweet Case

We make all of our desserts in house, using the freshest ingredients we can find. We rotate weekly and seasonally what's in our sweet case, so be sure to stop in and check out what we have. Please note: we have lots of great desserts to choose from, but in the event you want to bring your own dessert to celebrate we have a $4 per person plating charge. As well as, if you feel like bringing your own bottle of wine to celebrate we have a $25 corking fee.

Our Pet Policy

•Dogs must be leashed/harnessed and under control
•Dogs must be kept in an area that does not block aisles or interfere with staff (along the hedge line, fence, etc.)
•The dog must be housebroken and under control at all times — dogs will be asked to be removed if they bark or are aggressive
•No more than 2 dogs per table
•Dogs may NOT sit on chairs or eat from our plates. Dogs MUST remain on the ground at all times — Board of Health rules
•You can help yourself to our dog water dispenser using your own bowl
•Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting an animal as a service animal in New York can result in a $250 fine and up to one year in jail.
